Beds comfortable, place was clean overall. Tiles loose on bathroom floor and sink clogged. Hot tub water was a funky green/yellow color. I’m hoping it was dye from St Patrick’s Day a few days before.

Aimee at the front desk was so friendly and helpful...my room was very big with a comfortable bed and several pillows...the continental breakfast was pretty bare.. Scrambled eggs,plain omelets, apple juice, coffee, apple juice, and pre-packaged muffins... i would definitely stay here agajn!

A good nights sleep
Great place to stop for night. It’s clean and quiet. The rooms are updated. It offers a pool, small workout room and breakfast. Convenient location with a few restaurants, coffee shops and gas stations near by.

Only saw someone at the front desk at check in. No one there to tell that there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom from someone showering on the above floor when i left for dinner. No one there when i arrived back at the hotel that evening and no one there when I checked out the following morning.

Dirty and Amy was awful
Amy at the front desk was rude and short. They charged extra taxes at check in and she couldn’t even tell me how much just made me give her the card. Still jumping and banging at 11pm and she claimed to have checked the room herself and it was older people sitting around. NOT POSSIBLE

Easy access off of 35W south and has fueling options and places to eat. Also right next to Cabela's if you like to shop. Hotel was clean and room was ready and no problem checking in. Breakfast was ok, just carb heavy for my preference with waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, toast.

Management was wonderful and bed was incredible after driving all day. A little rustic for me with all the animal heads in the entrance but I get it, I was in that part of the country.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with super staff member helping. Came home to power outage in part of hotel on night 1. Room was run down as was hotel. Bathroom had spots of something on the ceiling. Night 2 the entire floor we were on smelled like old food. Could hear every step taken by people upstairs. Overall, you could tell this hotel used to be much nicer, but we needed to stay in Owatonna, and it served its purpose.

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. For an overnight it would be fine. Bathroom had no ventilation and door would not stay open. Hallway carpets dirty. Needs some paint. Fairly quiet if you discount the pigeons on the roof and the semis using the Cabela's lot as a rest area. Bed was VERY firm and uncomfortable to me. Room was not cleaned for the four nights I was there despite me being gone for hours. Might look elsewhere next time.
