Good home for 1 or 2 couples. Good central location for Oviedo/Winter Springs activities. Had water problem, quickly resolved.

Easy to find, nice layout and decor. It was perfect. We liked walking over to see the restaurant, the lake and the alligators! Only a little feedback for your info. The tub was not clean, for bathing. Thank you!

Joel was extremely accommodating, the rental was beautiful and we loved our stay. Although it is close to a restaurant, we did not have any issues with noise. We also had our three year old child with us but the cottage worked out great. Highly recommed.

We only utilized this lovely cottage for sleeping & bathing while attending the Daytona 500 race week, but found the accommodations to be very well thought out and extremely comfortable. Also had a late arrival the first night & experienced a slight problem with the door code. Called Christina @ midnight and she immediately rushed over to assist. Outstanding service & responsiveness!

This place has it ALL! FANTASTIC Accommodations, FRIENDLY staff at each of the Gator sites (The Black Hammock Restaurant, Black Hammock - Lazy Gator Bar and the Black Hammock Air boat rides on Lake Jesup). Large, FILLING portions at The Black Hammock Restaurant. Tons of FUN at the Lazy Gator Bar with Karaoke night and live band night. The locals make you feel like you are part of the place. We stayed 7 nights and will definitely be back (if Joel will have us). Thanks Joel!!! Next time I'll be brave and try the Gator Bites.

#### Nice layout, good location. Quiet area away from traffic.
The restaurant was pricey and food was not that good. The water in the house smelled of rotten eggs, even after the owner came out to adjust the settings in the well-water system. The code used to enter intot he cottage was the same as the main house next to it, with no way to adjust it. There was dog/cat hair in the couches. My wife and i have cat allergies. The owner showed up after we asked him not to when he gave us the option. The towels in the bathroom smelled. We had to wash them before using. We ended up cutting our stay short.

#### Cozy cottage in Oviedo
I stayed for 3 nights in this house, I was helping my daughter move into the University. I was surprised by the amount of wildlife around the area. The house is very clean and well equipped, I want to highlight the excellent attention of Joel and his team. We detected a bad taste and smell in the water and immediately Joel verified the problem and he seeked to solve it. I highly recommend it. Marisol
