Updated 1942 Sears Ranch home in an established tree-lined neighborhood. Short walk to the local Farmers Market, restaurants, sports bars, bakeries, coffee shop, liquor store & more. Many delivery choices. Just park at the front door and walk inside. Stylishly decorated, this home feels cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. It includes new furniture, new carpet, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The separate office/den has a desk, free wifi, and additional seating making it perfect for getting work done or relaxing. Living room and one of the bedrooms have smart televisions. Remodeled kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker and is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans and even a Keurig Coffee Maker. Back patio has a grill and seating area to relax outdoors. Driveway has parking for 2 or 3 cars. Street parking usually has empty spaces for 3 or more cars. Why rent a room when you can rent a house? Super communicative, very close to everything we need and well appointed little house. Charming home, clean, great shower with nice sized towels, comfy beds and was equipped with many other amenities. Steve, the host was very responsive with any questions we had.
