Shampoo, conditioner & body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided a new washer and dryer with laundry detergent on level with 3 of the bedrooms. ★KITCHEN★ There's a full kitchen at your disposal, full set of dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes and cookware to help you feel right at home. ★OUTDOOR SPACE★ Our home offers a fenced backyard with patio where your family and friends can sit on the porch, dine and have fun sharing stories. ★PARKING and ACCESS ★ \*\*Two car garage is available for use as well as driveway parking. Be kind to the neighbors and respectful of quiet hours. Do not block neighbor parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your 5 star stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away! Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you. We are former residents of KC who took some friends on their first trip there.The location allowed us to get to The Plaza, Westport, Union Station and Kauffman with ease.The house was fantastic. Plenty of room to spread out and comfortable king beds for a good night's sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and a fantastic place for morning walks.Would stay there again in a heartbeat. ##### Anne Y.
