No free breakfast was something which came as a surprise

⭐ 1 STAR — BUGS AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We found BUGS in our room and had to leave the hotel because we did not feel comfortable staying there with our children. One bug was actually crawling on my husband’s HEAD after he put on his hat. I also took photos of bugs in the room. Instead of taking this seriously, management essentially treated us like we were lying and refused to refund us. I even paid EXTRA for early check-in, only to have to leave and pay for another hotel. I contacted corporate and followed up, and I have been completely ignored. No response, no accountability, no concern for what our family experienced. Bugs in a hotel room are unacceptable. Treating paying guests this way after they report it is even worse. Absolutely disgusting experience and completely unacceptable customer service. I would NEVER stay here again.

The room had a very bad odor. The sheets were smelling terrible like pee and smoke. It was unbearable to sleep on them. I will not stay on that hotel again.
