Clean room. No Do Not Disturb sign. Housekeeping only late in the day even though they were asked to do it while we were gone all morning. Noisy guests. Uncomfortable mattress. No bottled water despite the sticker on the fridge. No microwave. No lunch options on-site. Breakfast not included. Breakfast menu items limited and not great quality.

Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and staff great! We asked for towels for the 3 of us to shower as there were 2 towels in our room and we were told no extra towels available because people used the pool all day. We asked for an extra pillow for the pull out couch and we were told the same thing..no extra towels. Our bathroom door would not latch when shut so it would swing open and we put a towel down to keep it shut. Not a great choice for us.
