"Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing. The house had a persistent curry smell throughout the entire weekend, which made it quite unpleasant. The kitchen utensils were noticeably dirty upon arrival, which raised hygiene concerns. Additionally, the spa did not heat up properly, making it unusable for most of our stay. Perhaps most frustrating was the lack of communication — the property manager was completely unresponsive when we needed assistance, yet quick to reach out when it came to requesting more money for an extra guest. Overall, it fell well short of expectations."
