House of Joy Beach & Garden

Excellent, spacious and luminous house in Esmoriz, in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by the beach, green nature and fresh water. The house is 4 minutes walk from the beach, 2 from the lagoon and 10 from the train station. The perfect choice for the ones who want to have a calm vacation while being close to the beautiful city of Porto (half an hour by train).
The house is fully equipped with kitchen, living room, 3 double bed rooms and one room with a bunk bed. Outside it shows a beautiful garden where you can sunbath and have wonderful meals out in the air. If you’re sporty or come with your energetic kids, you will love our games court, to play basket, football or volley. Perfect choice for families and group of friends.

The house is one step away to the new walking path that goes through the lagoon and connects two beaches: Esmoriz and Paramos. Here you can observe the different fauna and flora, especially beautiful birds that live in the area.

Belle maison confortable avec beau jardin proche plage et lagune

Accueil très agréable et chaleureux par les parents de Cristina qui nous ont donné de bons conseils et nous ont aidé dans nos démarches (tests covid). Grande et belle maison avec de beaux volumes, entourée d’un beau jardin. Tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances sont disponibles. La maison correspond au descriptif. Plage à proximité mais mer agitée, pour se baigner plage avec mer plus calme à 5 mn en voiture, accessible aussi en vélo, à Cortegaça. Restaurants et commerces à proximité, voiture recommandée. Excellent séjour, nous recommandons sans réserve
