This is a wonderful hotel that could not be any more convenient to the Lima airport. The staff were very well trained, great customer service and attention. The breakfast was fabulous. Our suite was well appointed and very well insulated from outside noise. The only negative that we had was that the bed was incredibly hard. Made use of the spa services and the pool area. Again, all staff that we encountered we’re very quick to greet and offer assistance.

The place is turning 100 years old next year so it has that old world elegance combined with some modern upgrades. Staff was engaging and knowledgeable, and attentive. And Eduardo was one of the best. He was very helpful. Rooms are clean and will appointed. They had a wonderful stay!
