Gite for 4 people, labeled accommodation fishing, located in a former relay of the post office, in a very quiet hamlet of 5 houses including a lock, on the edge of the Briare canal, in the heart of the Puisaye ponds, 3 km from the village from Ouzouer sur Trézée, 10 km from Briare, 20 km from Gien, 25 km from Dampierre and Belleville.

Très calme mais au milieu de tout

L'endroit est charmant, bien équipé, très calme. Situé au carrefour de plusieurs points d'intérêt, la localisation permet de visiter beaucoup d'endroits sans faire trop de kilomètres. Le propriétaire est très sympa.

Séjour au calme dans un coin verdoyant

Très agréable séjour dans un gîte parfait pour se reposer et profiter des magnifiques paysages liés au canal de Briare. Le gardien et sa femme sont des personnes exceptionnelles, remplies de gentillesse et sur lesquelles on peut compter pour avoir un renseignement car ils connaissent parfaitement la région. Ils sont aux petits soins pour notre bien-être !

Bon séjour , malgré , l impossibilité d avoir du chauffage , malgres les nombreux radiateurs .. Heureusement , que c était l été.. Mais il a fait , une journée très pluvieuse , maxi : 16 et la nuit 11 Quand on est âgé , avec le cancer et un petit malade on ne devrait pas a avoir a demander plusieurs fois du chauffage ...!!

Parfait pour une escapade en famille

Petite maison très adaptée pour recevoir une petite famille -3-4 personnes. Tout le confort y est, ainsi que la sympathie des propriétaires et du gardien. Je conseille également pour l'emplacement du gîte qui permet de nombreuses balades à pied.

Eenvoudige maar prima vakantiewoning!

Dit vakantiehuisje is ons prima bevallen! Vooral de locatie is heerlijk! Rust en ruimte en heerlijk kunnen genieten van de tuin, bbq en het is goed toeven aan het naast gelegen kanaal. Wat ook een erg leuke plek is om te vissen. Het huisje zelf is eenvoudig en enigszins gedateerd. De eigenaar en contactpersoon is erg hartelijk en gastvrij!

Si j'étais pêcheur, j'aurais été très déçu....

Par des circonstances indépendantes de votre volonté, le canal et la plupart des étangs étaient en grande partie vidés en raison des travaux au canal. Donc si on était venus pour la pêche on n'aurait pas été avertis de cette situation! Pour la location même il n'y a pas beaucoup à dire, sauf que - il y a une odeur de moisi dans les pièces; et ce n'était pas très, très propre - les deux premiers jours on était dérangé par le bruit d'une lessiveuse à l'étage. Sans doute que l'équipe de travailleurs roumains y lavait leurs affaires, deux et trois fois par jour... - le dernier jours l'interrupteur principal du bâtiment a disjoncté une dizaine de fois, probablement à cause du grand froid. Heureusement il y avait des bougies. Un détail : il y a une poêle dont la poignée est cassée Concierge fort sympathique.

merveilleux emplacement , gardiens et propriétaire charmants et disponibles

L'emplacement est idéal : au centre de nombreuses visites culturelles et/ou randonnées , très paisible et beau . Les gardiens sont très accueillants et prêts à rendre service . Le gîte mériterait un coup de "relooking" , pour changer l'ameublement du salon/ salle à manger , très kitsch et un peu déprimant ( voir catalogue Ikea ) . Cela donnerait à coup sûr envie de revenir et de séjourner plus longtemps . La literie est excellente . L'appartement proposé est idéal pour un couple , avec enfants . Terrasse agréable , chemins de randonnée juste devant le gîte , ainsi que promenades au bord du canal . On peut trouver tout le ravitaillement à Ouzouer , dans les petits commerces .Essence un peu plus loin .

exactement comme j aime

nous avons passe un très agréable séjour la location est propre et exact au descriptif le coin est très tranquille pas de passage intense de voitures et le paysage est agréable .le propriétaire est très gentil et attentionné et la gardienne aussi il y a de belle promenade a faire surtout quand il fait beau dommage pour moi cela n a pas etait le cas ce qui ne nous a pas empecher de nous balader quand meme je recommande cette location j y reviendrait dés que cela me sera possible meme si je ne suis pas pécheur moi j y suis aller pour décompresser et je n ai pas était déçue
