"Teh staff were friendly and helpful. Immediately upon booking I received a text message from the staff letting me know someone was there to help with any questions. checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean and well kept.

"We had such a wonderful experience during our last minute overnight get away we decided to extend our stay for another night! We loved the peaceful serenity of the balcony view, the comfortable bed and pillows, the warm friendly hostess Lisa ( who by the way gave us all the recommendations for our meals) and the relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. Cookies in the afternoon and for breakfast plenty of coffee as well as muffins, yogurt, granola and other choices to satisfy a morning craving. We look forward to our next visit. Top 5 in all of our years of travel! "
"I love staying at the Mountaineer. I stay there every time I go to Vermont. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Parking is very easy good location, central to many restaurants and other amenities. Very nice coffee bar beautiful pool for swimming. great atmosphere. Love the easy check-inprocess. Everything is digital no keys to worry about."
"As a small family of 3 with one 6 year old child we don't mind sharing a hotel room, but when staying longer than 2 days we would prefer a more comfortable environment, especially when weather conditions are not favorable for skiing. We loved the comfort of the apartment, the flexibility of mobility throughout the floor plan, the ability to grocery shop and prepare food, the access to the amenities such as pool, sauna, jacuzzi, laundry and then of course the Mountain View! The outdoor patio was great for fresh air as the apartment is on the 2nd story. Not much to complain about with this experience! We wish we found this apartment option earlier in the season, but we will make sure to book again in 2026!!! "

"Inside property was great - house was very fun and spacious and clean . HOWEVER..the driveway clearly hadn’t been plowed for a long time when we got there and so once we pulled in our cars were stuck. We were trapped at the house for 3 days. The plow driver came to plow the neighbor and told us he hadn’t been paid by the owners so hadn’t been plowing for some time The owners finally arranged for a different plow to come but not being able to leave for 3 days really affected our ability to enjoy our trip . Communication was not great. There were multiple other issues related to snow accumulation on roof and deck and there really needs to be a maintenance person in the area that can address those things as they arise. "
