Go Somewhere Else

Upon check-in it took three tries to find a room with working AC (the first sounded like a freight train and the second didn't turn on at all). The second and third rooms weren't even the type of room that we had reserved. In all three rooms there was no hot water. There was no internet connection whatsoever throughout the entire hotel and EVERY ice machine they had was broken down. Half the lights in the hallways were broken, missing, or flickering. The only plus (which really isn't a plus since it's something to be expected) was that the rooms were clean. It's been three weeks since my stay and I still haven't received the extremely small refund I was nice enough to accept. I should've asked for my money back and ran after the first night but after the long drive we decided to stick it out. Usually when I have a bad experience at a hotel I won't leave a review - it's the ones that utterly, inexplicably let me down like this one that make me feel like I need to warn people or something. Long story short, save your money and stay somewhere else. This place is more like a decent hostel than a cheap hotel.
