The staff did their job but nothing beyond that. We had water leaking from the bathroom light fixture, and the only response was, ‘maintenance isn’t here yet’. They gave us extra towels to mop the floor. When we brought it up again at check-out and mentioned we expected to be moved to another room, we received nothing but a shrug and not even an apology. The parking bays are extremely narrow. The view from the balcony was extremely ugly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Centrally located. Garage right next door was a plus. Very clean room. The only negative was the very slippery bathtub. No tub mat but definitely one was needed.
