The staff did their job but nothing beyond that. We had water leaking from the bathroom light fixture, and the only response was, ‘maintenance isn’t here yet’. They gave us extra towels to mop the floor. When we brought it up again at check-out and mentioned we expected to be moved to another room, we received nothing but a shrug and not even an apology. The parking bays are extremely narrow. The view from the balcony was extremely ugly. No realizamos fotografías, pero las que anuncian en la web son fieles a la realidad. Hotel e instalaciones modernas, bien cuidadas. La habitación muy amplia, cama muy cómoda, la almohada muy fina para nuestro gusto. Como punto negativo, nos incomodó el exceso de calefacción ya que hacía demasiado calor. En proporción con la habitación, la televisión es pequeña.
