"The club room was spacious and excellent. It was on the ground floor. It had a nice lounge area in the room. The breakfast was good and service was excellent. "The staff were good overall but the building has seen better days. The restaurant had closed when I got there so we all had to venture out and find an evening meal. I would however say overall, the price is a fair reflection of the conditions "

"So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed at other prestige hotels in Fort Aguada. Small eating area partitioned off the main foyer but pleasant. Food - only vegetarian option but well prepared and tasty. Michelle and all her staff welcomed you as though you were family. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to our family when they also visit. "
