Log/panel cottage 2004, living room/kitchen, alcove 2 beds, low sleeping loft 2 beds, open porch (9 m²), washroom, sauna (electric stove). Small cottage on level grassy plot in Virpiniemi cottage area. Does not include own shore. Good public swimming shore 600 m away. Steep stairs to loft. In yard badminton net. Neighbours close by; other cottages round this one.

Wide range of recreational opportunities incl. golf course 300 m, Virpihovi + indoor gym + tennis courts 1 km, horse riding opportunities and agility dogwalk, etc, facilities 1 km, Haukipudas 10 km.

Charging electric cars is forbidden.

All in all a nice place

Location is great, house is cozy and clean. Everything for everyday life is available. One big minus is the mattresses. They are old and worn out, awful to sleep on
