Holiday home Pimpompul is located in the heart of Oudenaarde, at walking distance from the railway station. This charming house, originally a caretaker's house of adjacent villa De Varens, was built in 1910\. Both buildings are privately owned and were included in the inventory of protected heritage.  
  
Oudenaarde is the perfect base for cycling trips, hikes, cultural excursions and culinary discoveries in the beautiful Flemish Ardennes.  
  
Pimpompul is 30 km from Ghent, 50 km from Pairi Daiza and 60 km from Brussels. A day trip to the coast is already possible from 100 km.  
  
Our holiday house offers space for 6 people and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, pleasant garden, 2 parking spaces and a closed storage room for bicycles. Moreover, we are recognised by Tourism Flanders and received a 4-star certification for our home on 14 April 2025.  
  
We make every effort to operate our home in the most environmentally friendly way possible:  
\- we use 100% green electricity;  
\- according to the number of guests you stay with, you get access to the bedroom(s) you need. The bedrooms you do not use (and thus remain closed), for which you do not have to pay for bed and bath linen and we do not have to wash them;  
\- you get towels for your stay, if you want some extra, you can wash the towels you received;  
\- our toilets in the house are flushed with collected rainwater;  
\- our walls are sufficiently insulated to keep out the heat in summer and the cold in winter.
