Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for exploring both Covington and Cincinnati. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a couple glitches in our stay, the night manager was quick to address our issues and resolve them more than satisfactorily

The apartment was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything I needed was right there, and the space felt modern and well-maintained. Parking was great! Perfect for our family vacation — we’d definitely come back!

The road to needs repair, their is no restraunt, the pool is filthy and cold! Discusting oil hair and bugs in it.
The breakfast was good and free, the room was great, clean and comfortable and the check out was nice and easy.

Property and rooms are extremely outdated. Surrounding area does not seem very safe and except for fast food spots there are no sightseeing or activities within 15min walking distance, maybe 40min at the least but again area around hotel does not appear safe enough to be walking around. Hotel itself was pretty old and not as pictured. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.

The front desk guy overnight was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Main lobby clean. However, our bedding had a lot of hair and a small dried puddle of blood on it. I never leave bad reviews but this was really bad.
