The hotel was clean and comfortable - but the best part was the staff. Connor, Jeff and Irene (I think!) at the desk were super friendly and helpful. And John, who staffed the breakfast area on a crazy busy day (because of the eclipse) could not have done a better job - keeping his calm and making things happen.

Newer facility, clean, and the staff were nice. The reason we chose this hotel was access to the hot tub. When we arrived there was a sign that it was out of service and the front desk did not have an estimated repair time. Nice place, however, I would have chosen another property were I aware of the needed hot tub repairs.

Hockey friendly
By far one of the best stays we’ve had in a while. Nathan and Amber set up our hockey team in the meeting room and the team had a blast. They inquired every time we came how the games went and everyone was friendly and excited to work there. They even opened breakfast early knowing our team had a 7am start. Wonderful hotel! And great staff!

The hotel and room was very well kept. Exceptionally so. Clean and bright. Quiet at night. Breakfast bar and area was kept clean and freshly stocked. The employees were friendly, helpful and courteous. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, period.

Need to be super thin to reach the thermostat
The room was very clean and safe, but the placement of the thermostat in an area that could not be reached by anyone other than an emaciated person was not good. The bed was so close to the wall it was on, it couldn't be reached unless you were in the bed. Plus set on heat at 75 degrees was actually only about 65 degrees in the room. This is not the first hotel we've experienced this in recently. I'm thinking this is an eco friendly setting that no one needs. We as seniors practically froze all night. My mother slept in long johns. Plus the electrical strip near the beds where you plug in the phones was partially ripped out of the wall and didn't work.

New hotel. Very clean. The HVAC system in the room was a bit noisy but overall the room was in very good condition. Breakfast was good.
