Upstairs, you’ll find a large living room with Lake Ontario views, a gas fireplace, 60" TV with Roku, wet bar, wine fridge, and Keurig station, plus two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an upper-level enclosed screened patio overlooking the harbor. Forced air heat and central air conditioning keep the home comfortable year-round. Ceiling fans are located in most rooms, including all bedrooms. The screened patio is not heated but may be used in winter if desired.
