The one night served its purpose for college drop-off. Room is dated but clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Great shower pressure. Parking right out front. It’s a 16-minutes drive to the college and 5-8 minute drive to the shopping center/restaurants. FYI: Check- out is 10am.

For a one night stay this place is fine. Upon further notice you will find that this place lacks that which a female would add, many little details obvious in similar motels passed over by the male property manager. Don't be fooled by the Expedia message "only 1 left" we got that and we were the only ones staying in the motel.

This is an older place, nothing fancy for sure, but it’s well maintained. The owner was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable. I would stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.

Easy to check in. Rooms are tidy, bathroom is clean. Photos are accurate of what the room looks like. An important note does require a credit card to add to file even if you prepay, however there was no amount held. Check-out was easy at key drop.

If you are looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable room that you aren’t overpaying for - this is it. We didn't need a pool, gym, breakfast - so this was perfect. Very clean room, working a/c, guest laundry available, very friendly owner and just outside of the city so very quiet. Will be back again!

My bed was very comfortable although when I pulled the bed away from the wall to plug my CPAP machine in it was very dirty. The deadbolt lock was not fixed upon arrival. Was not offered a different room.to Expedia I was suppose to have a pull out couch in my room, there was none . I mentioned it to the gentleman at the desk and he said it was Expedia’s fault not his. I felt I should have gotten some discount but didn’t.

Holiday inn express was charging $470 Cdn. My budget was $200 so that put me here. Good effort for the price range. Front desk not open all night but were helpful when I locked myself out at 11 pm! Heat off all night is great but with no extra blankets in rooms and a closed front desk suggests encouragement to pack accordingly. Pick your price range and prepare.

Good stay
Stay was good, the place is as advertised and as expected. Place is a little dilapidated but the management is doing its best to keep it together. I hope the checkout was a little later. 10 am seems too early.
