Very clean comfortable family run hotel. Spacious bedroom and bathroom Very helpful and friendly staff. Appreciated the many artworks displayed in room and throughout the hotel, unexpected bonus! Only downside was there is no lift and although I had no difficulty managing stairs to third floor, not ideal with luggage." We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality.
