Really nice apartment, clean with all the facilities you'd expect. There is no "reception" as it's an apartment, but the host communication was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, when we arrived (earlier than we had predicted), host was already waiting for us, really impressive service. Parking is underground, and we could come and go with our car as needed (we drove from the UK). Location is convenient for tram etc, there are stops really close by (although we didn't use the tram).

There was a "manager" waiting for us at the front of the building to give us the key, and introduced all the facilities, even giving us additional towels, blankets, etc. The only problem is that it is below ground level, with stairs first leading up and then coming down, so it was a bit difficult for people travelling with a few pieces of luggage. Overall, the stay was still quite pleasant.

The beds were very comfortable. The space was very large and accommodated 5 easy. Very clean and breakfast was great (although I’m certain I prepaid and they said I did not). My only issue was they didn’t seem too happy we were staying there. Maybe they don’t like Americans. Idk but we were quiet and polite, yet I felt like we were criminals.
