The house was exactly as advertised: extra clean, perfectly decorated and well stocked. Linens and towels were provided which is a major plus having had to pack my own in the past. Landlord was easy to reach and attentive. Had an issue with an appliance and a repair tech was out the next day. We had terrible weather this year and it was not a hardship to hang out in the house. It was convenient to beaches as advertised as well as close to Hyannis where we like the downtown. The house is very clean and organized, and seems recently renovated. The house has plenty of amenities, especially the outdoor furniture, the new grill and outdoor shower make it a very relaxed stay to enjoy the summer. It's also very nice that the host provides a beach pass for several local beaches, and our favorite is Dowses beach, which is a resident-only beach and was not crowded. The host, Denise, is very responsive and organized, providing lots of info about the house and the area; easy self check-in and check-out.
