  • Relax in this sunny Osterville home near village cafés and 3 beaches. The open main floor has a roomy living area and eat-in kitchen w/ two comfy bedrooms and a full bath. A finished lower level w/ private suite with bath, lounge, and laundry. Step outside to a yard with a dining table +patio, grill, outdoor shower, firepit with chairs. 4 adult bikes will take you straight to town & 15 mins Craigsville beach bike ride; Hyannis and major routes are close by. Fast Wi-Fi, beach gear, and BEACH parking pass included.

    Main floor:
    - Open living room with Roku TV, and dining table.
    - Bedroom 1. King bed, dresser Sleeps two. Has TV.
    - Bedroom 2. Two single beds and a Roku TV. Sleeps two.
    • Full bath with tub/shower combo and hairdryer.
    • Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with deck access.

    • Bedroom 3. Full bed, closet, and en-suite bath with step-in shower. Sleeps two.

The house was comfortable and accurately represented in the pictures. We were the first guests after the winter off-season, and the cleaning crew did a terrific job. We had a couple of things that required the host's attention, understandable with no one in the house for a while, and Andrei took care of them immediately. The weather was mostly cool when we were there, so we didn't take full advantage of the back deck or fire pit patio but it was a pleasant back yard. Mini split in the LR worked well on the one warm afternoon/evening. Window AC units not yet installed as it was so early in the season, and outdoor shower not yet turned on for the same reason. Landscaping work is in progress in the front; will be interested to see it the next time we visit the area. Kitchen table had 4 chairs but two additional folding chairs were available in the master BR closet. Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer were spotless and large capacity, helpful for a house full of athletes! Met the friendly next door neighbors when a package was misdelivered. Quiet neighborhood, lovely area for walking and running. Daily visits from a fox and wild turkeys. Would rent again.
Stayed 9 nights in May 2026
