This spacious and luminous family home combines comfort, style and a prime location between the polders and the Belgian coast. Perfectly situated in a quiet residential area of Oostende, the house is ideal for families, cyclists and nature lovers. The beach is only a short 5-minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride away, with scenic routes and a nearby park (Sport Park 'De Schorre') within easy reach. The bus brings you to the center of Ostend.

The Space:
This recently renovated modernist home combines spacious comfort with unique character. Each room has been individually decorated, reflecting the architectural style of the house. There are five bright and inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom with a king-size bed is located on the ground floor. On the second floor, you’ll find a second bedroom with a king-size bed and three twin rooms, each equipped with its own sink for extra convenience.

The house features two bathrooms — one with a shower and the other with a spacious bathtub — ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Please note, there are two toilets available to guests.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals and drinks, with plenty of space to dine together in the cosy living area or outside in the garden. The private garden is perfect for enjoying sunny days, with outdoor furniture for both adults and children, as well as an outdoor shower to cool or during warm summer days.

A garage box behind the garden is available for one car. Additional free parking is available on the street or at the Delhaize supermarket next door. This home provides all the comfort and space you need for a relaxing stay by the Belgian coast.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire house, the private garden, balcony and garage. You can park one car in the garage behind the garden. Free street parking is available nearby, as well as additional parking at the Delhaize supermarket next door. The home, garden and all facilities are entirely yours to enjoy throughout your stay.

The beach is only a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride away,offering endless opportunities for sunbathing, water sports and seaside walks. Shops, bakeries and supermarkets — including Delhaize right next door — are within easy reach, making your stay comfortable and convenient.
