Having staying there last year, we had the coldest two days of the year, the property had no heating or hot water. A heater was not provided. (issue) no reception to speak too. Hey ho, we decided to stay again, knowing that problems do arise. We were staying this time for 4 days 3 nights. we had no kettle, iron. cups ect, The tv was not working, and we could not get to speak to anybody, the reception was closed. we sent an email to the booking company to pass to the hotel, with NO reply. Would we stay again. ????? would you.

Pas de dialogue avec la patronne car ne pâle que anglais et ne fait aucun effort pour parler un peu le français et le néerlandais, chambre plus ou moins propre , mais la douche coulais par le dessous caoutouch défectueux . Les allentours de l hôtel était super sale , très déçue pour le prix donner je m attendais vraiment a l autre chose!,,,,je n y irais plus

Обязательно вернусь в Остенде!!!
Очень хорошее расположение отеля. Весь центр в шаговой доступности. До вокзала пешком 10 минут. Тихо. Но, к большому сожалению, завтрак в 8.30. Если надо ехать с утра на экскурсию, но необходимо подумать о своем завтраке заранее((
