The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either. The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced. The noise insulation between rooms is non-existent. We could hear music being played next door and even the conversation of the other guests. I would not stay here again

The apartment is in a great location - 5 minutes from a tram stop which is 10 minutes from the main railway station which made our time in Leipzig much easier as we travelled by train. Being a ground floor apartment was a plus for us because we were travelling for several weeks, as was the washing ...
