"I was given upstairs floor but i said i hate lifts then lady staff offered me the downstairs room which didn't lik it was room2. iI had a bed smell coming from the bathroom very bad odours smell. and also on the outside window seal lots of smoked cigarettes I tried to open the window was disgusting ..."

"The property is first of all, NOT in Bagnere de Bigorre but in Ossun ez Angles which is 15 min drive away from Bagneres and a bit cut off from shops etc, BUT this did not bother us since the house is quite high up on the mountains, has amazing views - we used to eat on the large table outside enjoying ..."
