Detached house in Osse en Aspe

House in the heart of the village fully equipped with integrated kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.),
living room (TV, fixed sofa), veranda (table and chairs), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds and baby bed), bathroom, 2 w-c, washing machines.
Sheets and household linen are not provided.
Patio (garden table and barbecue).
Private parking in front of the house. Baker who passes in the morning! Located in a charming little mountain village and close to all desired services (2 km from Bedous with butcher, food, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, physiotherapist and 3 km from Accous with Intermarché, petrol station , skate park, tree climbing, sensory games area and of course the animal park of Borce at 12 km !!)
The ski resorts are 1/2 hour from the gîte. You will also find a Nordic ski resort with snowshoeing possibilities 30 minutes away.

mejoras necesarias en la casa
Se trata de una casa de pueblo bien situada, consta de planta baja (garaje, patio, WC) primero (cocina, galeria, comedor y 1 dormitorio) y segundo piso (2 dormitorios, ducha y lavabo, wc). Recibe luz natural por la fachada principal y por la trasera. Las ventanas ajustan bien. Suelos de madera (en algunas de las estancias) recién encerados). A la casa le faltan varias mejoras para hacerla confortable: limpiar y vaciar el garaje de trastos. Mejorar el acceso al patio. Habilitar el patio para su uso recreativo (actualmente solo está practicable el espacio de una mesa de pic-nic, el resto del patio es el huerto de los dueños). Permitir el acceso del vehículo al garaje. Hacer limpieza a fondo de los suelos del primer tramo de la escalera, especialmente en los rincones. Limpiar los rincones de los suelos de toda la casa. Limpiar telarañas debajo de armarios, en rincones y ventanas. Lavar los cojines de las sillas de la cocina. Revisar el estado de conservación de las sillas de la galería. Vaciar completamente los armarios de objetos personales de "alguien". Reparar o substituir tiradores de las puertas de varios armarios. Revisar regularmente el desagüe de la ducha. Revisar regularmente el desagüe del WC de la 2a planta. En la cocina: limpiar el cajón de los cubiertos. Tirar los cuchillos de mesa oxidados. En la casa hay muchísimos folletos de informaciones turísticas, pero falta información básica sobre cómo separar los residuos para su recogida selectiva.

L'endroit idéal pour tous les âges!
Le gîte est situé dans un petit village près des commerces, des activités pour tous les âge:, balades en poney, parapente, randonnées et visites de parc animaliers. La maison est grande et bien agencée, la véranda en face des montagnes est un petit paradis où on a aimé se retrouver en famille. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très agréable. Un petit détail: nous aurions aimé trouver un minimum de produit pour nettoyer et du papier toilette dans les toilettes à notre arrivée. Notre séjour a été un très agréable et nous pensons le renouveler dès que nous en aurons la possibilité. Merci aux propriétaires.
