Our suite is immaculate with a fridge stocked with juice, cream, yogurt, and pastries. Equipped with a microwave, water cooler and Kuerig coffee machine (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), however there is no kitchen or barbeque. Many restaurants 5 minutes away. There is a covered deck with your personal hot tub overlooking a park with a creek and view of the mountains. You have a separate entrance and welcome our guests to please park on the right hand side of the driveway (parking for two cars). Everything in town is just a 5 minute drive including a 36 hole golf course. We also have a 26’ sailboat available for a tour of the lake, or if there is wind we will sail the lake. A beautiful way to see our town and lake! This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy. , A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. My family and I had a great time in Osoyoos. The weather was great, the beach nice and the wine excellent. Ken and Shirley were great to deal with and our sailboat ride was amazing. This was a great location. Shirley and Ken are great hosts. There is no kitchen available but they leave lots of continental breakfast items and good coffee (Tim Hortons) as well as a water machine so you aren't always going to the bathroom for water. We would have liked to have our own thermostat because it was a little too warm during the night. We really appreciated the breakfast provided as there was plenty of pastries, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate for the week for our family! Unfortunately, I didn't read all the detail and missed that there was no kitchen or BBQ, (yeah! I had a week off from cooking) but it meant eating out and we were able to cook the food we brought at our friend's place. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere. As we were leaving and stripping the bed we noticed fresh stains on the duvet cover. It led us to believe that the place was not cleaned properly. The place has very thin walls and is not properly equipped for more than 4 people. The table only has 4 chairs and the fridge is much smaller than even an apartment fridge.
