"So I always stay here whenever I am in Oslo, strangely I forgot the room no that I always stay in and I managed to get in touch with the property and showed them my pics of the room from previous two stays. And they found the room. Sadly they could not allocated me for the first night , I guess they forgot, but next day they made sure I got the room. They were super duper nice and welcoming and apologetic for the situation, makes me realise how caring they are towards their guest. I work in one of the luxury 5 star hotel in london and seeing this in Oslo made me feel good about working in hospitality. And Also, they gave me their email to book my specific room with them when I am visiting again. I usually visit 2-3 times a year to Oslo. And the hospitality and the view from my room makes me wanna come back to this hotel again and again. Thank you everyone , the whole team ♥️🇳🇴 love SUMAIR "

"Clean room with decent storage and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was nice in the morning and the shuttle ran from 4:12AM which was nice for early flights. Should be noted that the shuttle is ~$8 per person each way."

"This hotel was amazing ! It was in the perfect location , walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself had alotttt of amenities . There were two restaurants attached to it that were delicious and super esthetic. It have a laundry room , game area , tv room, multiple meeting offices , and it was self service which I love ! "

"Hotel was very good, continently located. We took bus from airport which dropped us just in front of the hotel. Room was quite comfortable (we were upgraded to a family room). Bathroom was relatively smaller but nicely organised. The best part was the breakfast that was amazing. Very wide spread and lot of choices. Overall, very nice experience. "
