For shared use: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced), meadow. Garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 450 m, railway station "Mönsterås" 30 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 315 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
