Needed a place on the freeway just to break up our trip, just an overnight stay. While there are umpteen motels along this strip, and we’ve tried many, this is one of the best! Price was fair, breakfast was good, your choice of hot or cold, small buffet. (Same as most chain motels that offer free breakfast). Room was impeccably clean beds comfortable, light blocking drapes were a plus! Can walk to dollar store, Target also very close. Jump in your car and your choice of restaurants right on the same road. Will stay here again if needed.

The staff was super supportive knowing I was in town for my mother's funeral. I wasn't there often, but was always greeted with a smile when coming and going and it was very nice to have the continental breakfast so I could start my day without running to find it.

When we arrived for check-in we were met with the noise and confusion of a large group that had taken over the breakfast and pool area. Apparently a group of families were in town for a youth hockey game. After calling for assistance at the front desk, we were advised that the room type ( king suite ) that we had reserved was not available. The gal at the desk at first had no idea what to do and told us she would call her manager. When she finally got ahold of someone (not the manger) they told her to just put us in a different room. Apparently the room that we had reserved was not clean. We were OK with the change after being reassured by Expedia that our rate would be adjusted to the appropriate lower rate. The reason for the lower rating is really based on what I feel is poor or least poor judgement in management. The dirty room should have been taken out of inventory. And the impression of an out of control situation with the loud and rowdy group would not have been so bad if the hotel staff had shown consideration of all guests by asking this group (parents) to remember that they were not the only guests at the hotel. The young gal at the desk told us that it was her first night by herself at the motel. If management knew that things were going to be so hectic on this Saturday night they maybe could have been around to check on things or at least been available when called. Overall we had an OK stay once we reached our room. We were just left with a bad impression.

Great location - takes care of all the needs!
We had a quick overnight stay for a soccer tournament. Our room was spacious and clean. We had the King executive suite which gave us a living room and bedroom space with two televisions and a desk. Loved that there was a closet and ample outlets in the right places. Fridge and microwave included too. The continental breakfast is excellent. Very well located near tons of shopping and restaurants.

Our big problem here was the mattress on the bed. We stayed here for two nights, and my husband couldn't get comfortable for either night. His back was really sore. We were under the impression that there is no smoking in the rooms or hallways here. Yet the smell of marijuana wafting around was quite evident during the evenings on the second floor. Thankfully we couldn't smell it in our room. These two above are the reasons for the three-star rating. Otherwise, the room was fine.

I arrived at the property and there was no one at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes called the phone number for the place and it was an additional 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. The room had not been vacuumed and there was a pill on the floor in the room.

I'm disabled and was given a handicap room. First one I have ever seen with a bathtub instead of walk-in shower. Only soap in the room was located on the far wall over the tub requiring you to reach over the tub to get soap just to wash your hands at the sink. No adjustment on the desk chair for height and set at its lowest setting. Very difficult for me to get up out of chair.

Poor breakfast,understaffed
We reserved an E King which normally had anther tv across sofa area. This did not even thought appeared to be set up for one. No hairdryer. Had to go to desk to get one. Breakfast was very disappointing. Both days just waffles and wimpy sausage. No hot eggs. Bagels and bread, limited fruit choice. No kid cereal Definitely sub par for a Fairfield. The day clerk was responsible for breakfast and the front desk. She was very nice and tried her best but clearly understaffed.
