Overall cabin definitely needs some updating. Also needs more cookware. If you plan on cooking you will need to bring your own frying pans and baking sheets etc. We did purchase some mixing bowls which we left in the cabin. Other than that cabin was ok. The beach was nice. However we did enjoy our stay
