"Before you go: Property is across from the signs for foxfire, turn right as soon as you turn off the main road, very private driveway about half a mile past where Google tells you to go. A quick call helps if you get stuck. You'll need a real vehicle, nothing low or that doesn't have any power. And you'll want to plan to not make the trip down to the house any more than necessary. Bedding is fine but if you are picky, being your own. Also, there is a squeak in both beds that wpuld keep any hanky panky from being quiet. We would have brought a pizza pan. Good: Comfortable furniture, convenient layout. Perfect for a family getaway. Air conditioning and heat work great. Shower was tricky for us but hot and good pressure. Most of the stuff you'd want is in the kitchen. Excellent: hot tub is perfect. View is literally breathtaking. COMPLETELY private area. Very little outside noise. Air so fresh inside and out it's almost painful to leave. The living area furniture is like butter and so comfortable. There is a nook upstairs perfect for a place to read or play board games. Lots of storage areas. Noticeable: I wouldn't bring a toddler, a yippy dog, or expect privacy sharing the house. You know when someone lays down, goes outside or poops. Overall, I could not have been more happy. We will be back as a couple, as a family with older kids (and when my grandbabies are still babies), and likely for a girls week of wine and waterfalls. If they are still sharing the space"

"What an incredible find in Rabun Gap! This house was absolutely ideal for our large family get-together. The open-concept living area and the fantastic dining space effortlessly accommodated our large group, providing abundant, comfortable seating for everyone to gather, socialize, and, crucially, share meals together. Just a heads-up, the stairs are quite steep, but the mountain views from the top are truly worth the climb. Beyond the house, the Rabun Gap area offers so much to explore. We had such a memorable trip and are already eagerly anticipating the opportunity to return to this remarkable home for our next family getaway. Thank you for providing such a perfect setting."

"We only stayed for one night and it was a basic hotel stay. Check in was quick and easy, my room was clean and the air got cold. Got a great night sleep then left early the next morning. It was a basic hotel room. Nothing fancy or frilly, but I paid a basic price for a standard room. As long as it’s clean and serves the purpose, I’m happy. I’d definitely stay again if passing through the area."

A Perfect View! Dog Friendly Cabin at The Top of The Mountain!

"We had a perfect stay at the Perfect View! The cabin is well kept with a fully equipped kitchen. One thing I really appreciate is the road that leads up to the cabin. Fully paved with no dramatic slopes or white knuckle switchbacks. That is not always the case for a mountain top cabin with a view! The living room is cozy. We slept great in the loft. We enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning. Our host were easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend to our friends and would rebook if we are back in the area."

"Creekside Hideaway is a magical home set alongside Betty's Creek. It envelopes you in its coziness and charm. Our two guests preferred their own space (to staying with us) and this did not disappoint: quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. They walked around the creekside, sat outside enjoying the views and slept like babies in the comfortable rooms. Thank you for the experience! "
