Lazy Days H-09 - Spacious Waterfront Condo!

  • Take a look at this gorgeous top floor Lazy Days Unit in Building H! Step on into the kitchen where you will find granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, tile floor and backsplash and all the major and minor appliances you will need! The countertop breakfast bar includes 5 bar stools.
    The dining room has been updated with a beautiful chandelier and includes a 6 top table. There is plenty of room for your whole family to dine and play games
    Located in the living room is a ceiling fan, plenty of comfortable seating with task lighting, Smart TV above the fireplace, surround sound and deck access with a wall of windows!
    Lakeside master bedroom includes a King size bed, ceiling fan, deck access with a wall of windows and a private bathroom. Bathroom includes a walk-in closet, glass enclosed shower and double sinks. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and private bathroom. Bathroom includes Tub/shower with shower door and single sink. Bedroom 3 accommodates a Queen bed, ceiling fan and closet with access to the third bathroom in the hallway. Hall bath includes a glass enclosed standing shower and vessel sink.
    Outside on the deck you will enjoy pub sized dining table with 4 chairs, an electric outdoor grill, 2 ceiling fans and a comfortable conversation seating area. This deck also has roll down shades to block the sun for your comfort.
    This unit overlooks the state park and the main channel. There is on-site boat launching, trailer parking, and one boat slip is included (size varies/by request) at no additional cost when renting this condo. Enjoy the 2 swimming pools, boardwalk, BBQ Pit area and playground!

Perfect spot

Perfect spot for wakeboarding in the mornings. We launched at the state park and had a slip at our property which was super handy! Would highly recommend!

Long weekend away with some old friends

We had a great time at this condo! Had everything I needed at my fingertips! Beautiful deck overlooking the lake! Nice boat dock, clean condo while stocked and close to everything you could want! Would definitely recommend it
