Washer/Dryer, wifi, AC (3 window units), balcony overlooking the lake, with BBQ grill, 2 TV's. Fish or swim off the dock (no pool), or have friends pick you up by boat. By land, the condo is on W-15 (or Home Place Drive) off of Hwy W. By water it is past Village Marina/Boathouse Bar and Grill in Jobson Hollow cove at the 3 mile marker. FYI, there are several steps to the lake/dock. Short drive to the Bagnell Dam Strip attractions. This condo is right on the lake in an amazing cove! The cove is calm enough that you can swim right off the dock, but it’s also close to everything on the water if you have a boat with you. Great place overall. Spent a lot of time swimming off the docks. There are 2 docks and it was a little unclear which boathouse/dock. Was super convenient to have boat tied up right there on the water! Cove is super quiet but close to things to do on the water. Very well stocked. Loading in was a lot of work with all the stairs fyi & upstairs neighbor almost ran us over however our first night there and we have a very awkward/uncomfortable confrontation about it. He is not safe and talking w/other neighbors he has a serious criminal record and weapons charges. If the neighbor was not there we would definitely return. ##### michael t. The owner has stocked this property with everything you will need for your stay and was easy to reach! The only concern was that the steps down to the dock were very steep so if you don't like steps this might not be the place for you. The area around the dock was great for fishing and swimming and the neighbors do a great job of following the no wake zone so your whole family can feel safe in the water.
