Located in Osage Beach, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath getaway features a full kitchen, coffee bar, game room, sunroom with lake views, kids\` bunk room, and Smart TV. The perfect lake escape awaits! \`Liability Waiver & Guest Responsibility Policy By booking and staying at this property, all guests agree to use the home and its amenities at their own risk. The homeowner and Lakecation Vacations (the management company) are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the improper or unsupervised use of the following amenities: Swimming, fishing, or kayaking in the lake Use of the dock, boat slips, or boat lift Use of the diving board Use of the firepit or outdoor grill Guests assume all responsibility and liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to themselves, others, and personal property while using any of the above amenities. Check-in was easy, even with a small hiccup with lock code. All amenities made us feel comfortable with what wanted to do there. The view is amazing from full length window room.
