Inside, this 3BR/2BA lakefront condo is bright, open, and designed for making memories. The living room, kitchen, and dining area flow together in one expansive space with panoramic lake views, so whether you’re cooking, playing cards, or relaxing on the couch, you’re always connected to the water. The primary suite is the perfect retreat, featuring a king bed, smart TV, stunning lake views, and a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower. Bedroom two offers a cozy queen bed and smart TV, while bedroom three is a fun and functional bedroom with 2 twin beds. You’ll also have a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, vanity, and toilet—ideal for groups and families. House Rules Reservation Requirements All guests must be registered and the rental agreement must be signed before the reservation is finalized. Check-in information will not be provided until registration and the signed agreement are received and approved. Minimum Age Requirement The minimum rental age is 25 years old. A valid, verifiable government-issued photo ID is required. No Parties / Events Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted at any time. Occupancy limits must be followed. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a respectful level to protect the neighborhood and avoid disturbances. No Smoking / No Vaping Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home, on decks/patios, and in all outdoor areas of the property. Pet Policy (House Rule) Pets are not permitted unless requested in advance and approved in writing. Pet approval is granted on a case-by-case basis and requires agreement to all pet rules, along with payment of an additional daily pet fee.
