Entertainment

With four TVs spread across the condo, everyone gets their own screen time. The 50" living room TV includes Spectrum cable, while the three bedroom TVs offer Netflix and Roku streaming - so movie nights, sports, and binge sessions are all covered without fighting over the remote.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is stocked and ready for serious cooking. You'll find a full suite of cookware - saucepans, frying pan, roasting pan, baking pans, and mixing bowls - plus all the small appliances: coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and mixer. Dinnerware, glassware (including wine glasses), and utensils are provided per guest. A corkscrew, pizza cutter, and full set of grilling utensils round it out. Kids' eating and drinking sets are also on hand.



Technology

Four TVs throughout the condo - cable and streaming covered. WiFi provided through Spectrum, equipment located under the living room TV.



Laundry

In-unit washer and dryer - a genuine convenience for families staying multiple nights.

Guest Access:

Check-in is with a coded smart lock. The host is available if you need anything during your stay. Parking is easy - one designated spot right in front of the unit, with additional guest parking across the lot. The driveway is paved, flat, and easy to navigate.

★ No pets - this property does not allow animals of any kind

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am - please respect neighbors and the community

★ No parties or unapproved events on the premises

★ Maximum occupancy is 8 guests - this is strictly enforced per the rental agreement

★ About 10 steps up from the parking lot to enter the unit - not ideal for guests with significant mobility limitations

★ The driveway is narrow - plan accordingly for larger vehicles

★ RV parking is not available

★ No pool or dock available for guests use

★ HOA rules apply - guests are expected to respect the community as a whole
