The neighborhood was peacefully quiet and we saw deer every time we went out. However, the unit was not clean, the floors were visibly dirty, within 5 minutes the bottoms of my kids white socks had turned black! Walls and cabinets were splattered with wipeable mess. It’s a nice condo, but they need to hire a new cleaning crew. ##### Beth S. The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The only thing I would complain about was the bathtub/shower was really slick and hard to stand up in ( we are older adults) so we had to buy a bath mat. But over all it was great! ##### Donna S. Overall it’s a great place - we just had a lot of little things in our 3 day stay. Couldn’t check in early because they were cleaning - Arrived and the floors were filthy - they did send a cleaning lady over to fix it. Day 2 the door code or the back up code didn’t work so we were locked out. Did offer to send someone over but got in. Little jaunt to the dock, but very convenient to had a slip! Location was great. Close to stores and lake restaurants/coffee shops/brew houses. It was just me and my toddler and there. What stood out to me most was the lack of towels. Being on the lake with a pool, I found it strange there were a limited number of shower towels. Bring your own towels for lake/pool use. There is no baby/toddler bed either. A simple pack and play will do and would fit perfectly in one of the many closets. The kitchen seemed well equipped for preparing food. The fridge door had a hard time latching closed. The smoke detector was very sensitive as well. When I made bacon I turned all fans on, opened doors and windows and used the oven fan but the alarm still went off. It was handled quickly by the building manager. The hot water heater was off so make sure that’s switched on right when you get there. The surrounding property was beautiful and very well kept. Very friendly grounds keepers as well. Overall pleased but if I were to pick one thing to make it better I would say bring more towels! ##### Ashton G.
