Featuring a private dock with a 12x36 slip in a no-wake cove, kayaks, FREE neighborhood boat launch right below the home, boat trailer parking, hot tub, a game room with a pool table and wet bar and SO much more. This home is within walking distance of Margaritaville, Redhead’s Yacht Club, and many more of the best places Osage Beach has to offer! This is a single-story home on a corner lot and has so many unique features. Inside you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, full size washer and dryer, and gorgeous wood floors. The garage features a game room with a wet bar and pool table. Every room has a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and Fubo. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry and all the essentials you need to make meals. The dining area has a large table that seats 6\. Living Room The living room has two incredibly comfy reclining couches, a large flat screen TV, and is just off of the kitchen and dining area. Master Suite The massive Master Suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, and a beautiful newly renovated bathroom with an oversized shower, dual vanity and walk in closet. There are also 2 roll away beds stored here. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and has a queen bed and plenty of closet space Bedroom 3 The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a full sized bed. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom has a single vanity and full-size shower Outside Outside on the upper deck you will find plenty of patio furniture, hot tub and a gas BBQ grill. Down the stairs in the back yard enjoy the view of the water while setting around the stone fire pit with the whole family Dock The dock is located down a set of stairs behind the home, across the street and down a few more stairs. The dock features a 12x36 slip available for guests to use. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. I would say it isn't ideal for those who have challenges climbing steep stairs. It is steeper and longer than most typical Ozark homes on the water. In addition I would suggest bring some blankets for people planning to sleep on the roll aways/air mattresses. Traveled to Osage Beach as a family of 6 (kids age 14, 11, 9 and 5) Sun-Friday. Perfect location for us..about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do (we went somewhere new everyday). The house kept us busy after a day of exploring… hot tub, pool table, poker table, private dock were all a hit. We also enjoyed a couple relaxing nights by the fire pit with amazing views of the lake. We made all our meals at the home and the cupboards were stocked with anything we needed. The gas grill also came in handy. Beds were so comfortable and we all slept great! Nice quiet -clean neighborhood. Owner was very kind and responsive. The house itself was beautiful, clean and comfy. We enjoyed lounging watching tv, playing pool and sitting in the hot tub. We also enjoyed walking down and swimming off the boat dock, even during tourist season it was quite and felt secluded (which we loved). We had no problem with the walk down to the dock but I feel older people or handicapped might because of how steep it is. No problem for able-bodied adults though. Plenty of places to get food nearby. Overall it was the perfect vacation :) ##### Emily S.
