Perfect Summer Vacation

Our stay at this property was perfect. The place was clean and comfy. We made good use of the hot tub and also used what Margaritaville had to off (pool and boat rental) Sharon our host was close by and very responsive. Will plan to stay here again.

Was a great place to hang out and stay during our weekend at the lake. The place was comfortable and met our needs. Easy check in and check out process. Air conditioning worked well, showers were hot, had plenty of towels, and everything we needed.

There was the perfect amount of room for all of us! Plenty of beds, bedding & toiletries. The only thing that could make it better would be the option to rent a golf cart with the house as an easier way to get around the community!

Great rental experience

We enjoyed the house and it was a great place to stay. We had no issues with the house and didn't have to contact anyone for assistance during our stay. It was a very short drive to Margaritaville Resort where there was a lot of things for the kids (and parents) to do.

I have stayed in the ozarks and specifically tan tara estates and our stay this time at this home was top notch. My mom has significant mobility issues and the house could not been more accommodating. The hosts were attentive and cated immensely about our kids experience. They responded when needed, which was only once because everything was wonderful. The home was clean and spacious. The hot tub was an extra bonus. We would definitely stay here again or any other property with these hosts. Thanks from the Fosters and Taylors.

Tan Tara entrance Instructions

Instructions on fridge gave code for back gate. However when we tried to enter the key code was permanently covered. There were several card behind us so it was a pain to get out and return to main entrance. We’ve always used the rear entrance in past stays so we were surprised.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the essentials. Our stay was very relaxing. We were trying to get away from the stress of our daily routine. This fit the bill. Screened in porch was the highlight. Loved sitting outside without the bugs attacking us. Beds were comfy. Could hear the fountain and that was therapeutic. They had ice for us when we got there. Nice on a hot day. Nice choice of channels to watch. Many pillows so I could prop up in the bed and watch TV.

Beautiful home nestled in the trees

We absolutely loved this home. Had everything you could ask for for a relaxing weekend at the lake. The house was well stocked and clean inside and out. We loved the fire pit, the screened in porch and the hot tub with a beautiful view of a pond with a fountain. Huge house with separate suite for our kids and their friends downstairs. Great location and super close to all the resort amenities at Margaritaville. Lots to do for the whole family. We will be back!!!
