Inside, the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen come together in perfect unison. Show off your culinary skills in the well-equipped kitchen, or head out onto the balcony and fire up the gas grill. Through exploring the rest of the home, you will find the primary bedroom boasting floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing views, as well as two additional comfortable bedrooms. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a high-chair, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning.

Outside, enjoy watching the boats go by while sipping on your morning cup of coffee and evening cocktail. When you need to get some activity in before the end of the day, head for the community's shared pools or tennis court.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
