The unit is located one flight of stairs down from parking, but you can walk straight from the patio with zero stairs to access the dock or drop a fishing line right off the seawall that is only a few feet in front of the condo. So inviting and the view is captivating!... enjoy the lake from the living room, from the large covered patio and even while laying in bed.
