This 3 level home offeres plenty of space to be together but also has enough room to spread out and relax! The water front home has a private 10 x 24 slip located in a quiet cove so that it is easy on your boat and is easy to float. The home features 4 bedrooms and sleeps 20 people. The main level, when you walk in, has an open concept kitchen, living and dining room space. There is 1 king bedroom on this level and a full size bath. Step outside and you will find nice outdoor seating with table and chairs and a propane grill. Head upstairs and there is a second living room. Tons of couches and hang out space to watch your favorite movie together. There is a great view of the lake from this space. Off of this living room are two bedrooms. The first is a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and its own television. The other bedroom is a bunk room. Two full/full bunks and a queen bed. (please note the top bunk is primarily for 1 adult or kid use) Head down to the lower level and you will find a huge family room space. This room has 2 pull out couches, a large television and a gaming table. A great room to relax and hang out in. The lower level also features a bedroom with a full size bed and its own bathroom. There is also a television in this bedroom. The laundry room seperates the bedroom and bathroom. Go outside of this level onto the lower deck. Another large table and chairs and other outside seating are provided here. The Bottom Decks down to dock are in the process or being replaced and will all be brand new. On the Rocks is new to the site this year. It has all new linens, towels and decorations and some new beds.. The home could not be in a better location being right behind Dierbergs, so getting around is very easy! You are litterally in the Heart of Osage, close to most restraunts and shops. It has everything that you need for you lake getaway! We know you will want to come back year after year! LASTLY: Parking is difficult at this home. 4 cars tops can park here and they can not be huge vehicles. Cars on the streets will be towed. The street is too narrow. Any additional parking can be parked down the street at Dierbergs. Please ask questions if you need help with this or more clarification. Please note that we do not accept anyone younger than 25 years of age. We do not accept bachelor or bachelorette groups. Dock area was great once we addressed the safety issue with the upper level of the dock not being grounded. Electrician was out 1st thing in the morning. 3rd floor AC and bathroom not the best but spacious. Main floor was great. Loved all the smart TVs and the Lilly pad too. Our boat that we rented even picked us up on the dock! Our only complaint was cleanliness…the property could’ve been cleaner. We stepped on potato chip crumbs and nail beds from previous guests. We vacuumed as soon as we got there because the floor was icky. We played 72 holes in the area in 3 days. We stayed at "On The Rocks" for 3 nights. Two of the nights we cooked supper at the house using the grill both nights as well as the oven and of course dishes and flatware. Everything was very good. There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues that did not hurt our stay. I brought these up to the property manager. She was thankful we brought them to her attention for future guests. We called the property manager (Jill) to see if we could get in a few hours early to drop off some luggage, etc. It worked out that we could which helped. Parking is a little tricky. Golden Tee was cool, my husband and kids loved it. There is an Outlet Mall and grocery store a few blocks from the house, which was great. We were the first guests in the house, so we provided a few minor improvements to the homeowner. This property is managed by a third party, and our contact was very responsive. Depending on how many will be traveling in your party, parking could be a challenge. The driveway is very steep. We were able to get 2 small SUVS and a truck in the driveway. The other parking area we used for a truck and boat. All-in-all, we would probably stay here again........parking was the only issue, as we usually have 2 boats. ##### Angie C.
