Our 12x36 slip is big enough for almost any boat you will bring and there is even a place to park your trailer! Plenty of parking right by the front door!
This house really does have it all. Huge Master Suite with Private Balcony overlooking the Lake. Watch the boats roll through the main channel while enjoying the protection of a quiet deep water cove! Futon and couches down here make an excellent additional sleeping area for 4-6 people plus lots of floor space!
