This one- bedroom-one- bathroom has been completely remodeled with new and comfortable furnishings. It's a perfect place to relax, unwind, and sit on the deck to enjoy the main channel view!

The kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine (uses coffee grounds and k-cups) and is equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal together.

The balcony has an electric grill for your outdoor grilling, a high top table and chairs and rocking chairs to enjoy the spectacular view of the main channel, cove and pool.

Access to outdoor complex pool, open Memorial Day Weekend through September, based on HOA management discretion/weather.

Unique and charming
It was winter time so we didn’t even open them door to the deck but the place is cute has a comfy couch nice tv and good WiFi. They had a little electric fireplace/heater that was perfect for the extra cold day. It was nicely decorated bed seemed brand new, very firm but I think it just hasn’t been broken in yet. Overall it served it purpose for a one night stay and we are happy with the ease of access.

Good size condo for my wife and I. Conveniently located for our needs. Great view from the back deck. Communication with the host was great. All necessary info was communicated prior to arrival and check in list was readily available and easy to follow. Condo was very clean and in great condition. Hope it is available for my next trip!
