"We thought the hotel would be noisy, with the bullet train on one side and a busy road and commuter rail line on the other side, but in fact it was quiet, even with the air conditioning off. There were restaurants on either side of the hotel, which was easy to find, and the desk clerk was helpful in laying out the breakfast and informing us about what to see in Orvieto."

"The Hotel staff were very friendly however extremely upset that our CONFIRMED booking (itinerary # 7442765075789) was not registered with them. We therefore had NO accommodation for a Saturday night in a tourist town! The Hotel told us they have NO dealings with Expedia. We WILL NOT use Expedia again and will tell our friends of our experience."
