Villa Kulla - countryside romance!

  • Welcome to beautiful Villa Kulla! A house full of history and charm surrounded by a beautiful garden and sea view of lake Mälaren.
    Here on the country side you will find peace and quiet. The house is large, airy and perfect for large families and groups.

    Villa Kulla is a house of over 220 sqm with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a TV room, a dining room, a generously glazed veranda and a charming country kitchen.

    The house is a traditional manor house that has been carefully renovated to meet the needs of a modern family but without losing the traditional charm.

    The large glazed veranda is a Mediterranean oasis in miniature. Citrus, olive and figs love the sun and wind protected location! Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun, lunch in a quiet breeze from the ceiling fan and dinner from the barbecue corner 2. The pool is just steps from the veranda and has sun from early morning until late afternoon.

    Guests have access to the whole place, including a heated outdoor swimming pool (3.6 * 6.25 m). There is also an outdoor sauna for guests free of charge.

    The beautiful garden is filled with flowers, and the lawns are large and excellent for children to play on. There is also a trampoline and a playhouse with a large sandpit for the kids.

    There is plenty of space to park several cars.

    Indoors there is a tiled stove that can be used if desired.

    In the house, guests are free to use everything. The kitchen is very well equipped and tea and coffee is provided free of charge.
    WiFi is included at a speed up to 100 Mbit / s. There is a TV with YouTube & SVT Play .
    Dish washing detergent, washing machine detergent and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is included.

Sommarhus de luxe

Charmigt hus med stora ytor för lek och umgänge! Mkt härligt stort fullt utrustat kök där vi lagade mat tillsammans! Saknade endast en brödrost och stavmixer. Den största behållningen var ändå den stora verandan med sin mysiga inredning. Att sitta o äta frukost på verandan och ha full uppsikt på barnen som badar i poolen var lyx! Poolen var välskött och bra temperatur och den nyttjade vi från morgon till kväll! Så välstädat när vi kom och dessutom möttes vi av nybakade bullar i köket! Vi älskade omgivningarna runt Kulla Nyby, så vacker natur och fina gårdar, perfekt att ta långpromenader! En helt perfekt vecka med vänner och familj!

Fantastiskt nöjda!

Vi är så nöjda med allting! Det vackra huset med dess omgivningar hade allt man kunde önska sig. Poolen användes flitigt i värmen. Kontakten med värden fungerade mycket smidigt, liksom in- och utvecklingen. Vi har inget att anmärka på och bokar gärna detta hus i igen!

Schweden Traum

Wir hatten wunderschöne entspannte 12 Tage in diesem tollem alten Haus mit Charme. Anneli war super nett und zuvorkommend in Kommunikation und bei Fragen, alles sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist riesig, mit viel Platz für eine große Familie, liebevoll im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Der absolute Traum ist die Veranda und der Pool. Wir hatten das beste Sommerwetter um dies alles genießen zu können. Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut, hochwertige Bettwäsche. Toll auch das Fernsehzimmer mit Netflix Möglichkeit und diese wundervollen alten Kachelöfen 😍. Es gibt ein paar minimale Abnutzungen - etwas veraltetete Rollos, einige Bohrlöcher von Vorhängen, manches ist improvisiert, die wunderschöne Holztreppe hat etwas gelitten - es scheint, nicht alle Gäste gehen sorgfältig mit den Dingen um. Die Küche ist herrlich groß, Grundbedarf (Spülmittel/Lappen/Bürste/Gewürze/Café/Tee) und Geschirr war alles reichlich vorhanden. Traumhaft der moderne Herd eingebaut an der alten Feuerstelle. Einzig das Bad war etwas schwierig, es gab keine Steckdosen für Fön oder Rasierer, dafür war es schön groß und hatte Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Grundstück bietet sehr viel Platz und die große Wiese vom Elternhaus darf mitbenutzt werden, schön für Federball oder Wikingerschach. Auch eine Feuerstelle ist vorhanden. Die Lage nahe Stockholm/Uppsala war perfekt für uns und man hat die Möglichkeit zur Ruhe und für Ausflüge. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit im Haus und in Schweden sehr genossen, konnten uns wunderbar erholen und die Menschen waren alle sehr freundlich und offen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Härlig vistelse

Mycket fint gammalt renoverat hus med gott om plats för två familjer. Spatiösa utrymmen med all nödvändig bekvämlighet. Skönt att inte behöva ta med sig sänglinne eller tvål, schampo och dylikt. Vi tillbringade största delen av tiden i den härliga inglasningen och på poolterassen. Frågor och funderingar besvarades direkt av Anneli.

Fantastiskt villa.

Charmig villa, mycket hjälpsam ägare som är trevligt och mycket lätt att nå. svarar direkt på telefonen och försöker sitt bästa för att göra din vistelse så smidig och trevlig som möjligt. Poolen är ren men det kommer perfekt om det finns en trappa. Spabadet rekommenderas Sammanfattning är att det villa är perfekt för familj speciellt om man har barn då allt man önskar finns.

Beautiful villa

The villa is beautiful and we had great communication with the owners. The provided ‘fika’ on arrival was a lovely touch and it is clear that a lot of thought and attention has gone into this property and the way it is rented by the owners. My two children loved the pool, trampoline and sand area and as well as the lovely local lake. Many thanks to you both for a great stay!
